Appointment Cancellation Policy, You will be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the start of the appointment. The cancellation fee will be 100% of the service amount. Program Expiration Policy, All programs expire 12 months after date of purchase.
